• Request quotations via email, whatsapp, sms, phone calls, walk-in to our sales team.
• Once Confirmed, reply the confirmation via email, whatsapp, sms, phone calls and mention the quotation no. given or agreed prices during conversation.
• We will issue proforma invoice for customers to pay 50% deposits.
• Customers can make payment via bank transfer to our bank account, either in cash or cheque or pay direct to our account office.
• Our Admin will review the confirmation order and proceed it once received the deposit or full payment. Some items need to be paid in full before can be processed.
• The preparation may take 3-5 days for ex-stock items or 2-3 weeks before we deliver to the customer.
• Balance payment must be made before delivery.
